After more than 40 years of painting fine homes, we’re closing our doors.
Yep, we’re hanging up the brushes, letting down the ladders, and folding the drop cloths. What started as a way to make a little money in the summers during high school turned into a career. It’s been a wonderful ride, one that has brought me great satisfaction, but it’s time for me to retire. THANK YOU! I cannot say these two words enough.
Taking care of your homes — but more importantly, working with you and getting to know you and your family — has been a real privilege. To finish a project and realize that you’ve just made another friend is a very good feeling. You welcomed us into your homes on countless mornings — sometimes the breakfast dishes were still in the sink — and you treated my painters with kindness and respect, making their work much more rewarding than it might have been. I can think of a hundred examples, but I’ll just hold them in my memory vault to reflect upon in the future.
